About 5 years ago these were utter nonsense to me too.
At the time I had a close friend working in investment banking on a TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) team. I specifically remember one Saturday when he took a work call, my curiosity sparked, and as soon as he hung up, I couldn't help but turn my head sideways and ask,
"What the F*** is Churn?"
That moment sparked the seed of curiosity!
I will give more context on some of these acronyms/terms in the Start ups Tools down the line.
As you might have read in my About section I played baseball for more than 20 years, from little league to a few years in professional baseball. I now currently live full time in Monterrey, Mx, where my wife was born and raised.
